I've been thinking alot about my dearest dolls' future and I visited the BJD doll shop in riverside point 2 days ago (It was finally open!! hahaha). In the end, i've come up with a FINAL CONCLUSION.
NO BJD FOR ME. Not yet, at least... I just find it too expensive and...... ya, too expensive. Not practical too. Buying a $1000 + doll is just plain crazy. I could buy a whole shelf of mangas. I guess my interest is still in my precious Blythe. I really love her.... (*___*) My interest in pullips has gone down.... They are not that worth it cos they appear not like the product images. It's like lower quality. Lost trust in them. The best are still Blythes. Very promising. My mother dislikes Blythes and prefers Pullips but nevermind. The blythe is mine. One of the pullips is hers. Oh ya so.... I'll get another 1 or 2 more blythes. 1 of which i will want to customise and make it to mohair. I'll email and send the doll to Sherri (http://www.gggroovydolls.com/) to get it done. Of course i have to pay her lah. Quite ex but her works are very very good. I have to email her about the prices.... dunno why she deleted the page on the prices. I am trying to sell 2 of my pullips. Vic hasn't given me a reply from that girl who wanted to buy from me. I guess she lost interest and Vic is too busy...haiz Abt the rida pullip, i'm still thinking about it. I don't want cornice to feel so leftout after the blythe domination. Just found out that Tiny fairy Emilie is sold out.... SOLD OUT!!! What am i to do???!!!
Oh no... I pray they restock it. (>__<) Now it's down to the battle of 3 dolls: 1st: The stupid LATE and assumingly (to me) UGLY rida. I don't want to say the doll's brand or else it will appear in the search engine again... =___= Anyway here's the product image which was really cool:  But then i said that it was a disaster rite? But i went on to search for more and i got this (for the person who took this photo, pls don't sue me... i'm just justifying some things here.) It was not bad actually. Quite nice leh. S$110.50:  2nd: The 60cm BJD from Dream of doll. US$560. No wig and clothes but the face is very very beautiful.  3rd: 42cm BJD from the same company DOD. US$438. No wig and clothes also. But there's 2 dolls in one price. Boy & girl.  ok, which to eye on????!!!!! I have no idea!!! I dunno which one is more hua suan. Oh my... just now i was just surfing the net for some photos of the rida doll in the search engine and i saw my blog webbie in one of the choices.....its in the 2nd page....
HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!! So Hilarious!!!! XD I just scolded the shopkeeper, man.... hahahaha.... And can even see that i didn't want to buy the doll.... it showed the phrase "It's a SCAM!!" Hahaha... maybe people may not buy already. HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! So funny!!! ok, actually wanted to sleep at 11pm but my father wanted to use my com to do something. Use until 12.... =___= He said there was always error.... When he use any comp, there are errors very often.... This week no work at all.... very happy actually. Today was so qian bian. My main purpose on going to clarke quay is to go to the doll shop. Ps's purpose is to check her work schedule. I so damn paiseh...walk into the shop. Then, happily walk to the doll shop thinking that i can spend the rest of the afternoon there. UNFORTUNATELY, the shop was not open AGAIN. It was a tuesday. The last time was cos they closed for a period of time. Now they closed on tuesday and public holidays..... I totally forgot abt that.... arghhhh But i found out the prices by the nearest doll at the window. $1030 for 60 cm Normal for a 60 cm BJD... I just remembered...
I saw the axn commercial on tv and reminded me of something. There's a amazing race asia edition coming up and my cousin is auditioning for it! HAHAHAHA~ And the funny thing is that my auntie saw him and his fren running up and down the house video taping themselves in their army uniform! HAHAHAHA.... so funny! But i hope they can get in. So fun to see a relative on tv... My bro came back from Tioman and KL last sat. He went with his frens for abt 4-5 days. He went scuba-diving!!! SO COOL!!! HE showed us all the photos... so interesting!!! There were NO dogs... and so many cats... he took so many photos of cats... hahaha. He bought timberland shoes and some keychain stuff. I think one of them is for voodoo purposes, not sure. When he came back on sat rite, he was damn dark man.... Finally can wake up early after these few days of waking up very late. Everything i do/choose always leads me to: REGRET
Now i dunno wat to do lor. Should i quit my job? I feel damn uncomfortable in my workplace, the staff, customers and environment. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. VERY STRESSFUL. But Mostly the staff and environment bah... Call me an introvert... i dun really care. I talked to my mother abt it and she said to work until sch starts. Ok fine. But i still have to carry on for awhile b4 quitting. So now, i'll be working during the weekends when sch starts. I told the ANGEL that i can work on weekends. I AM SOO STUPID. Why did i even tell her that?! I didn't even want to work on weekends. Cos it's the busiest time... i'll sure to make mistakes and get scoldings again... HOW??? ;__; Oh i almost forgot. The assist. manager Angeline smokes. NO WONDER I HATE HER. But that's not the only reason. Nth to blog already. Been playing RO and LOTR: Battle for Middle Earth game. Saw the doll shop at riverside pt. Was very happy. Was very sad when the price in front of my eyes. Was even sadder when i had to go to work after that. Wenjun can sms me already. He got a new hp. I love my Jap. class! I LOVE JAPANESE!!!! The happiest moment of the week (as in everyweek). I hope Chin Hao sensei will not leave the class. Nor will the class disband or something. Going to a chinese orchestra + Suzhou opera concert tonight. My mother was supposed to go but she got dinner so i replace her, go accompany my father... I think too much. Yup 2nd day of work at HD.
Yesterday was a TOTAL disaster. I served the customers the wrong way, couldn't scoop the ice cream after much praticing and even messed up the cashier. But i learnt all those mistakes today. Most of the staff are poly students. 2 of them i know are going to TP but diff course from me. And i tell you, the 1st day of work i already got scolded by the assisstant manager. How NICE is that!? hahaha She's called Angeline. I will really avoid her, if i can. She's super SUPER strict man... damn fierce. "You and your friend keep calling and calling us! You think we are very free is it? Very busy you know! And ar, i don't like people who want each other to work together!" Pls lor, my parents was hurrying me... i had to call!! She was so damn like argh... told others abt me in front of me when i can hear her like 50 cm away?? FORGET IT. I won't tok abt her. Today was traing day. Amalina, Stacy and Katherine briefed us very thoughly on the work. But today we were mostly wiping tables and chairs and doing background kitchen work. Very few customers today. Yesterday, i went to the 'Galaxy' which a small booth at the street. I accompanied Melissa go there and work. And that's when i messed up the counter and found that i still can't scoop ice cream. My ice cream balls and so compressed and small.... =___=''' Haiz...nvm lah So i think i will work until june or may...somewhere there bah...see how 1st. All becos of that ANGEL (angeline). She will not let me stay if i were to stop at apr. Stupid. Oh well, tmr off day! YAY!! Thurs 7pm to 11pm. They said they can work till 2am and reach home at 4am. That's crazy. Maybe i'll be the same. Today's jap class, Chin hao sensei wasn't there so got a relief. He's Mr. Chang, in his 50s, taught jap for 20+ yrs le... pro man... he has a weird habit of pulling up his belt. Anyway, he's quite a ok teacher. I can understand his lesson. He does more theory than practical. Chin hao is more of the practical side. Will be having an exam in apr. Luckily its after my orientation....phew Yesterday night, i was doodling on a paper and drew out a girl. Then i suddenly got a new idea of another story and charcters. But i dunno whether i will develop it. Maybe they will appear in my illustrations....i dunno. I thought of the story's title: C.H.O.M.P.S Colony Horizon Outskirt Magic Prep School Haha sounds weird lah... i can't think of anything for the O. Colony Horizon is a country. The magic prep school is in the outskirts of that country. =P Hm... still thinking of the character development and school badge design... Went for poly medical check up yesterday. It was ok...1 hr plus spent over there. The strange part is th x-ray. Now i hate going for x-rays...have to take off the clothes including underwear and put on a robe. Feel so.... Had a movie marathon today: LORD OF THE RINGS
Watched it like more than 10 times and i am still moved by the music and scenes as if i watched it for the 1st time. It always happens when i watch this movie. Even joined in with the battle cheers.... crazy hor... but i love the feel of it... xD THE BEST MOVIE IN THE WORLD!!!!!! Anyway, i have to memorise at least half of the HD menu by tonight. Yesterday those stupid ppl called to say the work will start next week. HOW LONG ARE THEY GOING TO DRAG THIS???? So inefficient ok!!! ARGHHH "We will call you back again." JUST WHEN WILL YOU CALL?? Do we always have to call you???!!! HUH?! Are there any offices that are efficient in singapore??? My mother said "MOE". hahahaha. Gd one. Yesterday went out with xiuling, chris, wenjun and monkey at orchard and bugis. Went to Sonata, xl went to buy her pointe shoes. Then, the foodcourt nearby. Then went to funan IT mall to get xl her mp3 ear piece. Then went to the basement to the food court again! hahaha. Chris is always hungry... i dunno why. Then to bugis to shop alittle and take neoprint. The 2 boys looked sian. xD On the way back, took the mrt. Wenjun looked frantic in the mrt cos he was searching for something. Then we found out he lost his hp. He dashed out of the train and took the train in the opposite direction. We tried to call his hp but his sim card got taken out already. Well, that's wat we thot. In the end, he couldn't find it. Haiz... Oh ya must go to a clinic to get my poly medical check up. Argh... so mah fan. My eyes are going to pop out soon.
Played too much RO... the high rated one. My character space is filled but i havent played every single character. And over lvl 200... no wonder my eyes are popping out.... @__@ I'm regretting not going jc... i dun think i can fit into poly... especially in design sch where some ppl are like those very erm.... shld i say vain and pai-kia? Something like that. I scared i will not make any frens....arhhhhhh I really REALLY hope there are some future frens there and REALLY HOPE that the orientation is super fun. It has to be man.... or i'll be miserable for the rest of my life. Oh and you know what? The orientation starts on my birthday, 18 apr. How suay can it get? If the orientation is lousy, i swear i'm gonna suffer.. Anyway, watch sky high today. So amazing and funny! hahaha My mother rented alot of dvds yesterday... becos my bro wanted to watch most of them. The whole family went to Toa payoh yesterday for dinner. Kuay chap!!! Whooo~~~ i love it! ON the way home, my mother suggested that i can put a sign at the bicycle parking lot at our block to ask the riders if they want to sell their bikes to me.... XD gd idea I wish 5th mar would faster come!!!!! JAPAN!!! WAIT FOR ME!!! No actually it's, SAKURA BLOSSOMS!!! Will be seeing it for the 1st time. Last night while i was playing RO, my hp rang. Shocked me man... play until very tou ru.
Anyway, haagen daaz called and told me that i was accepted. FINALLY!! Ask me to collect the uniform today. Just came back. Went with PS to collect the uniform and yes she got in too. We are posted to the clarke quay branch. The uniform got white shirt, light green skirt, half apron and full apron, hat and name tag. So many stuff! And must sign alot of agreements...haha But the worse thing is the gave us a booklet to teach us how to serve the customers. Got one page filled the dishes in the menu. Have to memorise EVERYTHING and the shortcuts when taking orders....oh gosh... Then have to take Typhiod (dunno how to spell) injection becos we are working with food. Now my left arm very suan... >__< Have to find a black shoe...i dun have one. Haiz... no white socks also... Doll's pants is on hold for the moment. It's too tricky! Wallace & gromit and Narnia won an oscar award!!! YAY!!! CHEESE AND CRACKERS, GROMIT! Just found out STC choir will be participating in the NDP 2006 mass choir! Whooo~ happy! Must jia you!! But i'm also very envious...>_< i want to participate also leh.... singing in mass choir very fun...haiz...who ask us to have bronze in 2003.. XD It is official. The sewing machine really hates me. I tried to sew my doll's pants this morning but the machine kept on jamming...the thread won't move!!!! Arghhhh Have to wait for my mother to come home and help me... i'm damn lousy... In the meantime, i'm trying to download high rated RO servers.... but it seems that all of them will take at least 3-5 days to dl finish ( LARGE FILES!!!!).... so must wait. MUST STOP EATING INSTANT NOODLES!!! I've been eating it almost everyday during the holidays... die die die... I must ban myself from eating it no matter how hungry i am! I shall eat fruits. There are loads of bikes at the void deck. My fingers are itching to unchain them. Yesterday, i touched one of the seats and it was so DUSTY! Those ppl never even cycle! Can i borrow one pls? I want to cycle!!!! But i dunno who do they belong to... hahaha Dun want to go for TP orientation. >_< must be very lousy one... see the ppl there like damn slack lah... so scary. The Robinsons group have a grudge againist me..
Rejected me 4 times...both MnS and john little twice.... Forget it...dun even try to lure me into ur shops... XP I hope Haagen Daaz has a kind soul. Not settled with the BJD i want... Dream of Doll just emailed me and said "All our dolls are fully assembled went ordered and sent." Trying to trick the customers or what, huh?? Never even bother to put that sentence into every dolls' details....haiyo... So now it's 3 dolls : Tender Zen, Si, Tiny Fairy Emilie. I'm not buyiing Rida pullip. It's late and ugly....totally different from the product image... It's a SCAM!! )X Yesterday's cycling and bbq with xinyi, fish, nw, uma and stef was very FUN!!! I can finally cycle!!!! With the help of uma, nw and xinyi!!! Whooooo~ But the very stupid thing is that i fell down when we went back to the bike shop...i was like a few metres away from it. Cos got soo many ppl over there. I couldn't control the bike and forgot to break.... xD A boy was right in the middle of the road and i bang into him....his mother came rushing over and hit me with her bag though i kept apologising....oh well, she didn't listen to my sorries.... maybe cos she's a foreigner, heard her speaking some other lang. My feet was stuck tight between the bikes, couldn't get out....hahaha...so stupid... Ahh...darn...shld have used the break... I'll practice more. C: The bbq was hahahaha....interesting. We wanted to bbq ourselves but xinyi's cousin did all the cooking in the end... XD Chicken, satay, rice, sausages, crabmeat, bobo chacha....nice Very delicious! Her new condo damn shiok! Very nice environment...i like it. Now, I yao suan bei tong....becos of cycling...my finger muscles very pain....cannot sleep last night....must excercise more... I dun think Tender Zen (doll company: Dream Of Doll) is worth it anymore. The stupid company raised the price lah....wah lao...and it isn't fully assembled, meaning i have to assemble it myself. I dunno how to fix it and instructions are probably in jap or korean. So it's better to buy Emilie. I' ve been hunting for daily pics of those dolls (not company photos, those are too beautiful). I want to see in real life, whether the doll will be similarly beautiful. Hm...cant find Emilie but my teacher's fren got Tender Zen and i've seen it. Quite nice. But i believe Emilie will be nice as well. BIG HEADACHE. Not physically but mentally. 2 results going to be annouced tmr: 1) Posting results 2) Job confirmation at john little (jurong point) I hope i get into TP and the john little job. If i dun get any job, then it's really fate...God doesn't want me to buy the doll. hahaha.. Went out with ps and victoria to many places on wednesday. Went to orchard john little for interview. Met ginni (stc) there...so ps, me and ginni went for the 'interview'. Those 2 got a job during april for 9 days. I can't make it cos i'm going to Japan. So no job there. Forget it....i'd rather go Japan. Then went to esplanade, city link go walk walk. Went to Raffles city to go for Haagen Daaz interview. On the way met xinyi and nw. Ate lunch there. Vic said to go Prego eat a $26 pizza...Ps was soo damn frightened...abt the price and high class place.....XD hahaha I was like "hmmm.... ok, got ang moh and high class ppl.....so out of place man..." Ps was panicking like dunno wat.... vic was like "Aiya nvm lah!".... i was like "..." Then we decided not to eat becos of ps's non-stop complains... =__= and also the price lah...
