Yay! Went to Chinatown Square weekend market with Marina yesterday (sunday).
Actually Shirley was supposed to go too but she last min couldn't make it. haiz...

I brought my cam along but i forgot to take pics. hahahaha
They have like sooo many stalls set up, we dunno where to start.
Old toys, 50s-90s things and toys, LOTS of anime figurines.
I didn't know that building had many shops that sold quite good figurines. I shall get a figurine for christmas from there.

Marina bought 2 egg shaped 'polly pocket' thing that is like a mini house and restaurant, DAMN CUUUUTE~!!! $3 each
I bought this:



It was $15 at 1st, then the seller cut to $10. Then i came along and bargained further... hehe
$9! I think it's very worth it.
Wanted to buy the old sharperners that is like an globe/vintage mercedes/old phones etc.
But the old man wasn't there and his grandson doesn't know the price. Haiz...

Then when i went back to my house, i found this right in front of the lift:



WHAT A JOKE!!! AHAHAHAHAHA!!!! xD

I frooze there for abit but then i noticed it was a prank and laughed my head off.
Lucky no one at the void deck...
From here, it looks like the figure is dancing... xD
I felt like using a chalk and write beside the figure:

But no chalk. The next morning, it was gone. I wonder who drew it. That person must be damn wuliao lah...
My mother, bro and other residents didn't see it lah. I was like "Huh?! So obvious how come never see??"
Some of the neighbours walked past it. They didn't see it. Maybe becos of the too bright then cannot really see.

On saturday, met with PS at the church there.
She gave me my bday present:

My father's boss got some tickets for Oilvia's concert.
He asked my father whether he wanted them cos he busy or something.
Then my mother wanted it, so i went to accompany to go see Olivia's concert in Singapore, 27/4/2007.
One night only.
So we got them for free. Hehe...
The tickets weren't cheap leh. I think our seat was like $160++. The seating was good too, can see everything clearly.

For those who don't know, Olivia Newton John is the Grease lead female character. She is a 59 yr old singer now.

The concert was like SUPERDUPERTROOPER FUN AND GOOOOOOOOD!!!!!
I was clapping and WHOOOOO~ing like mad.
My mother sat there laughing at me and the super fans down the best seats area.
I didn't expect it to be so much fun!
My 1st Live concert!!!

I tell you, one of the super fan had a NEON LIGHT board saying "ONLY OLIVIA".
He gave her flowers and a big sign for her to read lah.
Also, i saw a nun sitting at the 2nd row from the stage. Wow...

Her singing was damn good lah, she can reach from so low to soooo high!!!
And she has really good stamina, dancing and singing for 2 1/2hrs, with NO INTERVALS AT ALL. Awesome man...

"Grease was a movie that placed a big part in my life. But filming it was dreadful. I acted with John Travolta, sang with JT, and even KISSED JT. It was dreadful as i had to be hopelessly in love with him."

Something like that lah. I short cut it.
She was joking cos she just wants to intro to the next song.
Damn funny can.

they showed clips of grease while she sang, and gosh John Travolta was even more handsome when he was young!!!! AHHHHHH!!!! That Smirk!!!!! KAHHHHHH!!!!

Anyway, i feel like rewatching grease after all this.
I'm glad my father's boss gave the tickets to him. xD




Oh, I found out i only have 5 days of holidays before the new term starts. NOT 2 weeks.
Stress begins in 2 days. Darn...

Changed music. Same soundtrack. Will be changing to another soon.

Yesterday's jap exam wasn't hard at all, though i know that some of the answers sure wrong one...
Then went to bugis to meet my mother for lunch.

Also we ended up buying 3 soft toys. xD
She bought her fav original (no cloths/acc.) Mashimaro.
And then i bought a large huggable doggie!! He looks like my fav Snoopy!! But it's not lah.
Also, since i don't have a slightest hint of what i want for my birthday, my mother spotted a white lion. And i really loved it. So she bought it for me as my prezzie.
So my prezzie is finally decided.



The lion can make many many expressions with his hands! And he's so handsome!!! hehe...

Actually my mother wants to buy another large toy for the sofa but can't find nice ones.
The large doggie fits well, but i will keep it so no use. hahahaha....

Now i have 4 toys on my bed. xD
Sounds so kiddy, but i like!

Ps is giving me a blue monkey!! What a coincidence! This year is filled of PLUSHIES!! Yay!!

Ok i shall stop all the kiddy stuff now. haha

Marina just told me she won a ebay bid on a DAMN EXPENSIVE blythe.
I was like WHAT?!!! SO EX LAR!!!
I won't disclose the price.
She's feeling damn guilty now but she mailed the seller. I hope the seller agrees to not sell to her cos she hasn't paid yet.
If i were her, i will kill myself with that kind of price. x__X

BOTH CLASSES ARE OVER!!!!

Now i have like 11 weeks break? Cos my timetable damn jia lat.
I'm going to add 1 more sub.

My body is deteriorating. I am SOOOO FREAKING BLOODY *^&*%^&$#))& $HJ(A*PA&9*&*%$#@$$ TIRED.

I have to sleep at 9pm nowadays to catch my sleep. I haven't been sleeping for the past few days liao. Only like wat, 1-3 hrs of sleep a day?
Awesome man...

I have exactly 1 hr before my jap term exam starts.
I have not studied yet. Cool rite?
I haven't revised AT ALL since jan 2007.
I'm like reading through my notes like a bullet train lah.


Anyway now that my LONG-WAITED hols are FINALLY here, i can continue playing the games my bro intro.
Dreamfall and Syberia. Both very good adventure games. The graphics is awesome too.

Ok enough. I need to cramp EVERYTHING in 1 hr. bb

Today's the day!

Firstly, thanks to the dear stc clique. Thanks for your smses and the outing.
Secondly, thanks to my family who bought a cake back and waited until i came back at 8.30pm. xD
Thirdly, thanks to my textile md classmates who sang a birthday song.

Got a shock lah.
I told marina it was my birthday today at 6pm. haha. I wanted to keep it low profile,
BUT....
She immediately shouted "Hey everyone! It's Regina's birthday!!!"
I was like alemak...
Then they suddenly sang loudly. Hahaha. That was a nice surprise.

To me, this year's birthday is the most happiest of my life. I think.

Another loud & noisy group were the FRESHIES.
Keep cheering like no tmr lah.
All of us in the printshop were like, "Ya lah ya lah, shut up!!"
Haha, how evil are we? xD
Having juniors now seem that we can be really evil now... muahahaha

It's the start of their camping in school till friday. Yesterday was just some stupid ice breaking games and talks.

And really, the whole 1st floor stinks like shit lah...
And also, the freshies DON'T look like freshies cos they look older and bigger size than us.
The generation after mine look bigger, so that's why.
And from my other friends who are the GLs, they are more rowdy and enthu. No wonder so noisy.
Anyway, can't be bothered with helping out with the orientation lah. Very troublesome.

Dunno tonight or tmr night will have the night walk.
TP design orientation night walk is the coolest.

DROP DEAD, YOU WOMAN IN A GRID!!!!

Seriously i can't stand her. EVERYTHING about her is just plain irritating, right to the bones.
Her name's Ingrid, i can't be bothered to rmb her surname.
The architecture lec.
Architecture sure isn't fun when she's around.
Well, generally i just find architecture plain stupid and boring.
I can't possibly be able to appreciate it in the next 10 yrs.

Interior design i will do. Architecture, big no-no.

Anyway, back to the griddy woman.
I know i sound like i dun have any respect for her.
But i need to blurt out everthing!!!

She's like a cow trying to explain things to us humans.
She can't explain for goodness sakes!!!
She flips her damn thin hair like she's advertising for Herbal Essence.
And me and nadia can't stand the way she talks and pronouces...
She talks with her mouth CLOSED. arghhh
She sucks her lips too much, pops her eyes out and raises her eyebrows like nobody's business.

I dunno how her boyfriend or fiancee or husband can stand her.
I saw a ring on her finger. Poor guy.
It's a false ring, i dunno.

NW, if you ever sit in her class, i'll bet you'll hate architecture.

I desperately need a damn break and i got it in these 2 days.
1st: abt yesterday Saturday 14/4/2007.

Went to dinner with uma, nw, xinyi, fish, and ca at Vivo's marche for my bday.
Had a really good time.
This marche was so limited compared to the heeren one.
I actually where to go eat but decided on marche. A day later, i suddenly realised "FISH & CO."!!!!
I was like 'Shit! Why didn't i think of that?!'

Anyway, the timing was alittle too early. haha.
I shouldn't have said late afternoon.
Ate a mocha cake they bought out. Wow. Delicious!
took lots of photos.

Went to the verenda to play some games. hahahaha. That was really fun.
We could see the harbour from there and the sight was damn beautiful!
Went to bookshop and then to supermarket.
Then sat out at the round benches to talk abt several stuff.

Thank you to u all! I dun celebrate my bday and this is the 1st time in 10 yrs.

2nd: Sunday 15/4/2007

Today was like go here and there.

1st, to church.

2nd, to mandai and st. teresa's church for qing ming. That's why now my hair still stinks of incense smoke. haha
And i saw my fav animal MONKEYS near the cremetorium!!! So many!!!

3rd, ate lor mee for lunch at xinyi's parents' stall.
My whole family loves it.
Especially my parents.

4th, went to Ikea to buy a frame to frame up the batik work i did. Must hand in tmr. Haiz... the stupid salt is like melting and destroying the paint lah. ARGHHHH

5th, to plaza sing to catch a movie with mother and bro.

Omg, this is SO WRONG please...



The live action of "The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi" is coming soon.
And those up there are the casts.
IT'S ALL WRONG!!!

How can that person who played L in Death Note possibly play Kyon?!!
And why is Erika Toda (Misia in Death Note too) playing Mikuru?!! The role is so wrong.
The actor who's playing Itsuki is so damn UGLY!!!! Can't they at least hire someone from what? KAT-TUN or NEWS?? oh gosh...
And i dunno who is that person who's playing Haruhi. She doesn't even have a slightest hint of Haruhi in her.
The one playing Yuki, unless she cuts her hair...

I dunno what the producers are thinking. They've got it all wrong!!! The roles dun fit!!!
I just can't stand why those ppl in Death Note are playing in this show. I just can't imagine lah.
Erika seriously cannot act that cute and innocent and sexy as Mikuru lah, please.

And the worst thing, they matched the wrong guy to my fav character.
How is that freaking L fit to be Kyon?!?!?!?!
TELL ME WHY!!!
He makes Kyon look like a total loner & goth freak lah!
Totally spoil the whole thing...

But then again, the anime is actually very hard to act in real life becos of the eccentric personalties.
I shall wait for it and watch it.
I'll either burst in tears, slap their faces or be happy about their performance.

And i'm gonna stick to it, and HOPEFULLY use it in sch for some unknown reasons.
I'm trying to kick my manga drawing habit and do my own style, which i dunno what it is. Maybe it's in my monster drawing that i can express my true style? I dunno lah.
I'm VERY VERY troubled by confirming what is my style.
I can't possibly do manga for my projects. That's stupid lah.
I'm set on majoring in Illustration.

hahaha... strange. It's the same as the previous term. At least i got 1 C only, and that was creative writing. I knew i'll get a C knowing my marks. I shall try to wipe out Cs next time.
I was disappointed that my calendar got C. I think i didn't do as what i was told and do somehting else. And my drawings not consistant, like show various styles. Haiz... ok i'll follow the rules.

Tmr to fri no textile class!!!! YES!!!! ALLEJUJAH!!!!!
And not much hw except draw the design on the automask.
Got Good friday!! Yay!

Tmr got architecture presentation on the certain architecture we are studying on.
Me and nadia doing Falling Water by Frank Lloyd Wright.
Go see. It's a very beautiful house. Waterfall right UNDERNEATH the house!!!
But high maintenance, not good.

Changed music to the a soundtrack from the most brilliant adventure game in history.
Grim Fandango.
It's such an awesome game. I can praise it for ages but now now. Later...
Many of you dunno it, but i love jazz. haha...

Anyway, finally had some rest during a week of idiotic classes.
Both subjects are equally boring, stressful, sucky and not applicable to my sch work.
The architectural sub was sucky becos of the teacher, not the content.
She totally sucks lah! Cannot teach and explain properly. That's why she always confuse us and eventually confuse herself. And she has an irritating personality. I wish she could just shut up and drop dead.
The textile one is the content. Yes, textile sucks lah. It's my arch-enemy.

I think i hate both subs becos they stole my holidays away.
Ya but even so, both still suck in their own ways.

Yesterday watched The Time Machine.
It was soo cool!!
And the unbelievable thing was that, the year that the character travelled to was the same year that my time travelling manga is set. Year 2030.
Such a coincidence!!!
I nearly got a shock lah!
Why does my stories always have coincidences with other movies or shows?
I really dunno why.
I didn't copy them and i had my stories before i knew those shows. So strange.

Today went Ikea with mother and bro to look at things and buy huge plastic container for my overgrown turtles.
It's amazing, they are already 10 years old. 2 of them.
Ate at the cafe at Ikea. The swedish meatballs are sooo delicious! The fried chicken also. Go have a try!!!!
Tonight go eat at some chinese restaurant for my bday. Got offer, that's why. Haha...
