Actually quite last min lah. Me and xiuling only confirmed the thing this afternoon. Lucky got seats cos down there the cinema not popular.... hahaha

I HAVE to watch again!!! I couldn't see L's name on the notebk. Flash too fast liao lor. Who can see lah. But I was so sad that L died. I didn't feel a thing when Light died. haha evil...
But I was very sad cos Light's father and Misha lost their loved one.
And Light used Kiyomi as a scapegoat lah! Damn angry lor but i knew he used her lah.

I love L. The actor also acted in NANA the movie as Shin. Yay~

ok after the movie, walked abit the mall but spent most of the time at comics connections.
Saw very cute RO figurines. I loved the blacksmith and merchant most.
Speaking of which, i tried downloading the newer version of that high rated one but always fail... haiz

I want to watch Night in the museum and Eragon.

Finished the 10 page sketches of comic. I'm ready to ink either tonight or tmr.
Trying to figure out how to use screentones on computer so that next time, i dun have to spend $$$$ on actual screentones.

Yesh, actually today just wanted to say....

IT'S SOOOO COLD!!!!!
I'm really freeeeeeezing!!!
For 3 days straight, i had cold hands and feet all day and night long!

ok anyway, today went out with mother to orchard cos she on leave. She so many days on leave lah.... so free one.
Ok, she wanted to go shopping. My main purpose of following her is becos i need to buy the screentones.
She went around to shop at metro and bought alot of clothes... sale mah, what can she do? xD
ok then went to taka KFC to try the ultimate chicken meal. It was nice and very worth it!
Bought 10 sheets of screentones, costing $54.something. But it didn't have discount!!! ARGHHHH!! My discount card can't cut for stationery... only books.. grrr

Actually there's a screentone software can download but dunno where to download and if i rmb, felix said he/his fren tried downloading but in jap or something. Then dunno how to use. Or was it there's no such thing? Aiya, he told me like how many months ago lah. NVM...
Speaking of which, he got PHD. Poly halfway drop-out. haha
He damn cool lah but still, not that cool if you look at it closely. I dunno whether if it's true. I know he's a 2nd/3rd yr in engineering in SP. Maybe he joking only.
And his hair! Long like those people in F4 lah. Why am i talking abt him? ok nvm

Speaking of hair, i have this theory.
I've observed hor, male anime/manga fanatics look and act geeky, with glasses, unkept and quite long hair and average sense of fashion. Really, i've seen many of the same kind. It's rare for those cool handsome guys to like anime. I THINK...
Same goes to females...
Even the japanese animators, when they show a scene where characters go to a anime convention, the visitors are all nerds. Rice bowl hair, glasses and no fashion sense.
Haha ya, Stereotyping. But i guess it might be true.

On my 8th page of comic, sketches not yet inked. Haiz.
Tmr vic's party cancelled cos she got food poisoning. Postpone to maybe next week.
I really dread the reopening of sch.

Haiz i knew it! I knew the photobucket is playing tricks on me. Trying to test my patience.

Sadly, the internet is not working properly and i can't load the christmas photos.
But i'll say w/o the pics then.

Went to my kaima's (godma) house to celebrate. All relatives came.
It was potluck so every family brought food. Got prawns, curry, shepard pie, turkey, shanghai dish that my father made, fried bee hoon, fried popiah, log cake and blueberry cheesecake.

Ohhh CHEESECAKE!!!! I was actually damn full lah but for the cheescake, i WILL EAT!! haha
I got to drink the eggnog my mother brought. She added brandy inside. Everyone said it was disgusting. I say it was drinking condensed milk with alcohol.
But still can drink lah. Bro and i drank a cup full. I dun think my mother will buy again liao... xD

Didn't really interact with my newphew and nieces and cousins. Cousins all grown adults, all drinking beer and wine outside talking. Newphs and nieces all small small playing on amongst themselves.
The only newph closest to my age is a sec 4 in 2007. Used to play with him but now, it's like we didn't talk to one another before in our lives.
Oh ya, when he entered the house, i thought he was some stranger leh! Aiyo! He go through puberty until i can't recognise him lor! Not 3 mths ago i saw him and his face is the same but now... wah lao...

The only cousin i will interact with is my godma's son, who is like 30... hahaha
My bro also same case as me. Talk to him or his bro only. But i like to talk him cos he damn funny, but sadly not married yet.
That day he ask me to teach him how to use the adobe illustrator.

Then go to my godma's room and hang out with all my aunties. Aiya actually wanted to watch the cd that she recorded for me but cd EMPTY!! But clearly there's something in it.

8 pm, bro went back to NS. Haiya, didn't see him off. The party nothing much lah.
Received 3 packets of sweets and a present from kaima.

Lately, rain rain rain and the earthquake caused the internet to act wierd.

Dunno should go to victoria's b'day party. PS is like begging me to go lah...
I've got NO MONEY! Eat what western food RESTAURANT??? Gahhhh
And ar... sat sure rain one lor. She said " won't won't wont'.." How sure are you huh?
And ar... zoo leh... rain how? Go all the way to the zoo cafe/mac to celebrate?
alemak... plus got strangers... nightmare... for me lah.

Added a song by Okuda Miwako called "BORN". I think must go to my profile page there to start it.
I am SMITTEN by this song. I will never get tired of it.
Miwako's singing is superb but i dunno why she's not popular. She's very pretty also leh.
Tai ke si le... but one day, i'm VERY SURE she will rise.

Anyway today, went out for dinner to Spring court restaurant. Cantonese food.
Eat above $77 and get a Peking duck for free! Ohhh so delicious!
Finally ate sharks fin in dunno how many years lah. And the fried yam cake also... :P yum yum
Thenn went to the next door shop to eat dessert.
I had peanut paste (hua sung hu), bro had the manga and pomelo dessert and parents had herbal jelly. Wah, so shiok!

Tomorrow going to godma's house to celebrate again. I can't wait to drink the eggnog. The curiousity is driving me crazy lah. My mother say it's nice but don't let me try until tmr. She bought it for almost 2 weeks liao.
She say put brandy nicer so, ok lor.
I wait. haha

I still feel like tearing my work. But thank you for your encouragement.

My bro's going to contribute in my x'mas present. Buying screentones for this project. Haha, i dun think he'll give alot.

On the 3rd page of my comic. But it's still in sketches. And it's SUPER DUPER UGLY!!
I see other people's work, i feel like throwing away my work!
I can't seem to draw nicely.
The truth is ar, all of you say i have talent and blah blah, but i actually don't lor. I really don't have.
It's becos i've been practicing but i actually don't have any talent. Even if i practiced, i don't have any foundations.
Look at how many years i've been drawing and look at the results. It's horrid lah, please!

Even younger people are better, i can't take it lah.

Urgh nvm. In super bad mood. I feel like gorging myself with 3 large packets potato chips now.
I bet my mother will spoil my mood even more if she & i talk tonight. We end up quarreling for no reason. And she will blame me for not spending time on my drawings more. I can bet $100. No $10, i'm broke.

The wind is so strong today. Also watched a monkey documentary on National Geographic. At least those made me feel abit better.

Other than that, no this is not a GREAT day Lord.
And it's going to rain soon.
Maybe today is a blessing in disguise and i'm too blinded to see that it's a blessing becos of my rage.
What blessing? Telling me that i don't have talent and i should move on to politics?

Finished drawing out the drafts and rough pics of all the 10 pgs of my comic.
Tmr going to draw out the final piece on the A4 paper.
Becos of this, i'm not going for the kbox thing with steph, nw and carmen.
And also i need to save money. I've spent too much this month and need to save for next month for class project materials (eat my money away one... grrr).

Oh ya just remembered i need screen tones!! I hope my mother will pay for them cos i'm really broke now lah...
Only for competitions or important things, she will pay for everything... muahaha

Aiyah! Fan si le!!! So frustrating!!!!

I'm doing a comic to enter a competition. But must be in ENGLISH and the flow must be from LEFT to RIGHT, not RIGHT to LEFT. Then, i keep drawing the draft, right to left. Then need to erase and draw again. But after erasing, i dunno how to draw left to right. Haiyahhhhhhh!!!!!!

Drawing manga in the ENGLISH way is sooo mah fan you know! Cos i'm so used to reading and writing from right to left. Somemore, you cannot express much in English, especially in manga with all the exagerrating movements and speech.
Why must be in ENGLISH????

Aiyah but i still have to draw lah. No choice.

Anyway, i dunno whether i should go to Wheelock place today to buy some things for my dolls. They are deprived until cannot deprived. The doll i bought from the overseas seller came yesterday just before i went out for the class gathering.

Oh and the steamboat thing. Quite ok lah.
The steamboat place is like in the middle of an empty stretch of road lah, it's soooo ULU!
And the rain was pouring like mad.
The steamboat pot was damn small and the place was like for ah bengs.
$12 but no replacement of utensils and plates, have to wash yourslef if you need more space for food. They insisted they gave the correct no. of utensils but actually we were short of 1 or 2 and they refused to give us. So giam..
But i think my fav food was the peices of chicken which carmen made on the hotplate. The prawn was nice too.
I was sad that steph, amanda, song im and gowri can't come... haiz

The rain is ridiculous, it's been raining NON-STOP! In the middle of the night rain rain rain. Now in the afternoon still rain rain rain.
Aiyo, dunno whether should go out already.

Able to post abt thailand! Finally!!

Day1:
Nothing special... flight to thailand by SIA... hehe so nice man the service. Even the interior has christmas decorations. Which airplane has this kind of feature lah? haha
Before we hoard the plane, got one HUGE group of japanese students queuing at the same gate as us. We thought we are going to be late becos of them...
Inflight food so-so...

Day 2:
1st we went to the palace. Damn nice place!!! I really love the palace. The buildings are covered in gold, pieces of mirrors and shiny shiny things. SOOOO NICE!

Had to wear this in order to go in. Both of us didn't know must wear long pants... so must borrow a sarong. Cannot show off the legs. Even men must wear long pants. Guess which leg is mine... xD

Ok so we left the palace and wanted to go to the Sleeping Buddha. We wanted to take to Tut tut (like taxi like that). Ask the driver to b\take us to the temple. Then he insisted on giving us a tour, then drive us to this building to buy jewellery. My mother told him "Nonononononono!! Just bring us the the Sleeping Buddha!"
But that guy never listen, then we got so fed up we left and went shopping instead.
Cos he said the temple is having rites so can't go in.
Almost got cheated man..


Street in Bangkok and the Skytrain. The traffic is not that bad as you would've imagined lah. Not that conjested one...

The food court in shopping centres always provided tissue paper.
So convenient, not like Singapore... haiz


The food there is good too. Thai food doesn't look appealing but actually tastes very good. They got thai versio of our carrot cake and chao guo tiao plus LOTS of hum.
Delicious man...

Later at night, we went to the night market. The things sold are mostly touristy stuff. So boring. Got a ferris wheel, my mother's dream ride of her life.
In the end, she got so frightened cos it was really high up. But i say, it's really worthwhile and fun! "don't look down Don't look down!" But i still looked down... haha. Only t\when the ferris wheel stopped to take in more people and the carraige swayed then i got scared... haha

Day 3:
Spent the day at the Weekend market.
It's SOOOOO much interesting than the Night market.


Those are called "Happy Buns"! I love them. So cute! And it's like char siew bao.
And a sneek at the weekend market.

Bought most of my shirts there. Aiya almost more than half of the things we bought were from there. This is a MUST GO if you go to thailand.

Then later at night, near our hotel, we went for Thai foot massage. SOOO RELAXING!!!
Oh gosh, the people there were nice also... I want to go again!! S$10 per person for 1 hr. Got music and aroma therapy. Wow...

Day 4:
Took pics of our hotel room. It's the best hotel room i've ever stayed in lah. Got steoreo, a proper stove, fridge, toaster, microwave and dining table!
And they say it's 3 star!

Went abit of shopping and went back home.

sorry i didn't keep my promise.
The Thailand photos are taking FOREVER to upload!!!!! ARGHHH! That's why i don't upload pics here cos it's so troublesome. Maybe tmr when i'll have more patience cos it's 11.40pm now.

Today went to collect my jap exam results. I did better than i expected. I thought like borderline lor, cos i thought i'll fail my listening. I got 226/250. Everything is included liao. Oral, grammer everything. Quite happy. Haha, even my father said "Whoa quite good!" :)))
I wonder how's my JLPT results. I bet it's like shit lah. Almost 1/2 of it i haven't been taught b4.

Then, went to my Godma's house cos my mother need to lend her our christmas tree for the xmas party later next week. Had to teach her how to use adobe illustrator to edit the logos i did for her shop.
And ar, her laptop mouse was driving me nuts!! It's wireless and got no mousepad, so hard to move! Aiyoh... And i hate using apple computers though it's THE BEST IN THE WORLD and i'll be using it for these 3 yrs and in the future.
Yeah yeah... PC computers still rocks ok...
Jeff's tail fur is dropping like there's no tmr man... but he's really really old. Over 10 yrs and it's old for a dog. Though he's quite hostile to me (he doesn't let me pet him for SOME reason since i was 6 or something), he actually let me pet him today!!!! WHOOPEEE!!!!
But i think he doesn't give a damn anymore, he's long retired lah..
But i actually petted him a no. of times but today no retaliation. Hahahaha... i felt blessed. I took a photo of him with my hp cam. Double blessings!
I'd better rmb to bring my digi cam. I want a pic of him before he *touch wood* passes away.

I've bought my dream doll at a great BARGAIN (And it's really a BARGAIN. Can't find a price that cheap for this damn rare doll.) from someone in NYC. Now i know how to use the paypal thing le.
And i'm glad that person is efficient enough to respond to my messages that quickly man...
She said she will send it tmr morning. I hope she does it... haha
Don't ask how much. I can't disclose it. I've spent my 3 mths savings on this doll. And it would be *hopefully* the last doll i'll buy.

!st time flying in SIA. Very good service and entertainment! Good good.

Super sianz man...
Never felt so sian in my whole life..

Why i feel so sian is becos i got this sian-sation in my head. From morning up till now, i've sian-ed and probably will be sian-ing for the rest of the day. I don't know how to get rid of this sian-ness, don't know whether there's a remedy for it anyway. I heard that if you keep yourself busy with something, you won't feel so sian. But i'm so lazy to do anything. So in the end, i will be sian for the whole day.

I'm talking a truck full of rubbish.

Anyway, yesterday watched X-Men 3 and Click. Oh~ The 2 movies were damn cool!! Click is so funny and X-Men is so exciting! I will watch them again.

I want to build a light diffusing box to take better photographs of my dolls but haiz.... so lazy.
If not, i won't be typing the load of rubbish at the top. haha

I'll try to kick the sian-sation and get back on my feet. All i need is a good slap in the face and a thousand push-ups. :))

Today had my JLPT exams. It's over! haha

I made my way to the Changi Japanese School. And i didn't expect soooo many ppl to take the test lah. The bus stop is CROWDED with people, holding notes and studying them. I couldn't go onto the 1st bus cos it's so PACKED!
But i'm still on time for the briefing.

The school is so nice and BIG ok. And the classrooms are soo nice!!! Sliding wooden doors, wooden floors and walls. And no shoes in the classroom. Well, that's for us. Jap students will have to wear a different pair of shoes to go into the school.

Anyway, the room damn cool lah. I regretted not wearing jeans man. Plus without shoes, just socks. Cool till i die!.
The classroom i took the exam wasi think the home econs room cos there's posters of how to sew and 2 washing machines at the back. hahaha

The whole exam was ok. There're some things my school haven't teach us yet. But i've heard those words before. Lucky it was all MCQ questions and NO ORAL!!!! hahahaha
I thought got oral lah, scared for nth.

Then yesterday went to my father's office funfair. The singtel funfair thing.
Quite ok lah. The food was nice. The games... hmm, the prizes are not attractive. xD

Today watched finished LOTR part 1!!!! Ahhhh!!!!! I am elated!!!! In such a GOOOOOD mood right now.
My bro ask me how many times i've watched it. I seriously dunno.
I've lost count. hahaha. Maybe at least 5 or more times. For part 3 lah. Part 2 is the one i watched the most. Aiyah lost count. It's alot.

Oh so excited to watch tmr's!!!! WHEEEE~

Hohoho
Just had sushi. A pack of ten for 1/2 price $5! So cheap!
My father brought it back from cold storage.
But die eat at 9.40pm.... unhealthy. But what the heck lah! haha, i gobbled 7 and my mother had 3. Myfather treated us. A very rare chance.

Very contented. ^^

Today went to change the calendar assignment CD. Oh, i feel so light! Everything off my back liao. Hahahaha.

Very lazy to do my jap revision for this sunday's JLPT exams. Haiya... i hope the oral is as easy as my jap school's. My jap school's oral test is ridiculous.
Plus 2 of my other DA (deviantart) frens are taking the test! But a level higher... haha
Dunno whether i'll see them or not..

Oh ya, my godma ask me to design a logo for her shop.
Dunno what to design for her leh.
She sells hand made things: necklaces, earrings, cushion cover, gifts, dog/cat collars, clay work, handicraft stuffs... etc
