GRARRRRRRR!!!!!! Never been such pissed off with a printshop before!!!

Went to the coronation plaza printshop to print my project pics cos i dun want to waste my home printer ink. And the place is nearer to my home than Bras basah, though BB is better lah..

So ok, i had 8 colour pages to print on A4. The 1st 2 pages printed out perfectly, but after that....
ARGHHH... the pages came out halfway. The pics were clearly cut lah. Then the lady helping me to print say my file too big liao. The other outsider guy also say too big. So the printing is DAMN SLOW and something wrong.
Ok, i know.
BUT why can the printshop in my own school print out perfectly and FAST the similar size file while THIS ONE COULDN'T??? Something was wrong with the machine to begin with. The same thing happened when i went there last time. Had to print a brochure, another lady (more experienced) told me that THAT same printing machine is very slow one.

Ok then the inexperienced lady say maybe never scroll up to the top of the page. She scroll up ABIT.

Lady: Like that is it?
me: no, still have somemore on top.
lady: like that?
me: er... still got (thinking: please can't you see the scroll bar at the SIDE that it hasn't reached the TOP?! The top pictures also have abit popping out at the top.)
In the end, I had to do it MYSELF.

She CLEARLY can't see and i don't think she has experience with computers before.
Oh my Goodness!!! I want to scream can... like that also dunno??!!

So, the printing was still stuck at page 3. And i think i was there for 15-20min just printing pics on microsoft word. There was a group of boys before me. And they were still waiting for their things. See how SLOW the machine is? Then i can't take it anymore. So just paid for 2/8 pages.
And the price is cheating $$$$!!!!
2 pieces for $2?? How expensive is that????
It's not even a special paper!! It's NORMAL printing paper for goodness sake!!!! AHHHHHH!!!

SO PISSED OFF!!!

I hope their machine will die soon and they have to replace with another BETTER one. And get better employees PLEASE, with experience.

ok enough of ranting. I have a terrble headache now, probably too stressed liao. Been walking along the whole stretch of orchard and chinatown today to take photos.

Redoing the 1st 2 pages of my manga. It's horrid abd i'm still typing away here. hahaha.
I'm a laaaaazy bum.

Today went to toa payoh with mother. Had lunch at the food court, had jap food.
I'm NEVER EVER eating at the jap food counter ANYMORE.
It's soooooo HORRIGIBLE!!!! AHHHHH
The soba's the worst of all. The tempura was oooooooook only. Sushi was not good and fresh.
The worst jap meal or even meal i ever had. Urghhhh.
Worst still, i paid $8.90 for the set. DAYLIGHT ROBBERY!!! >8(
Had to force it down cos i'll be wasting $$..

My intention of going out today was to buy Ayumi's new cd. I didn't bother buying her previous album cos i thought the cover was sooo sucky. But i dunno abt the music lah.
This album is very very good and nice...

I wanted to try that EZ cheese bak kua. I thought it was a stupid idea based from the I not stupid movie. Then asked to try abit... and oh gosh!!! Yuck!!
The taste was soooo HEAVY!!! It's like you had 3 meals at a go. And i cannot tell how the taste is... like cannot explain that kind. Have a very very wierd taste lor... I'll never try it again.

Bleh! 2 hellish meals in a day!

KNS lah...
Sleepless nights for these few days and will continue for 2 more nights.
Got ready 2 cans of nescafe coffee to burn diesel... drank 1 can liao. Lucky no side effects. I usually get headaches after i drink coffee. Might be allergic... haha i dunno.

OK, doing the VSC project 1. Submission is on FRIGHT DAY (Friday).
I hope my product goes well. And i HOPE Nancy will be pleased with it. *cross fingers*
I can't figure out how to do my own envelope though. I need to print on A2 paper! Grrr... Money eating monster, the print shop that is.

Still got ComDI! Ahhhh, i think of it i want to faint. All becos of the freaking Bina.
She's the most ridiculous teacher i've ever met.
Need to draw out the sketches for the army poster in DETAIL, since she said that our work cannot be interpreted cos our sketch is ROUGH.
Come on lah! Our previous sketch was very last min and rough lor, OF COURSE you cannot see anything lah! She is sooo.... arghhh!!!!!
Mai told me her seniors failed this sub cos they rebutted Bina's words. Such biased and ridiculous female.
Haiya, the more i think of her, the more i get angry.

I finally downloaded SUCCESSFULLY the high rated RO. I tried like hundred times but becos of the internet connection, it always failed.

OH YAAA!!!!
Today was a happy day! Actually since last night.
Was on msn with Marina, then she saw my dev art site and asked me i like blythes or not. The convo was something like this.

Marina: you also like blythes and pullips?
me: ya, you also like?
marina: ya! Do u have them?
me: ya, you?
marina: me too!
me: oh gosh, i'm so happy!
marina: me too!

Er something like that lah. I just rmbered that we were very happy. hahaha xD
After that, we started to talk alot. Then decided to bring 1 of our blythes to sch today. haha
We were in the typo lab looking at each other's dolls in the bag. There was a class having lesson but the teacher let us in. We very paiseh to take it out.
We were behaving like drug traffickers lah... hahaha
Her doll was damn nice can... she cut the bangs and changed the eyechips. I love the eyechips lah. Oh! And i love the clothes that she made HERSELF even more. Me and Nadia were gawking on the handmade bag and clothes NON-STOP. hahahaa so funny...
But really lor, she can make a bunch and sell and earn big bucks lor. Her sewing damn good can! And her handmade plushies are sooo cute also!!

Today watched Pan's Labyrinth at Great World.
Ate lunch at Jack place before movie. My 1st time at Jack's place lah... the mash potatoe was damn nice... becos of the sour cream and bacon bits. I had chicken and mushroom spaghetti, mother had salmon and chicken, bro had his fav black pepper steak, medium rare. haha... my mother complained it's sooo red.

Ok then, the cinema was damn cold!!!
Pan's Labyrinth is a VERY VERY VERY GOOD movie. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMANDED.
But only 16 or 17 and older can watch cos got abit of bloody scenes.
Language is in Spanish. Film and casts are mexican. Good thing they didn't speak in English, i think Spanish would fit better.

It's a DARK DARK DARK fairytale. Nothing i've seen before. I really love this show. Reality and fantasy mixed together, damn cool lor.

If anyone who wants to watch this movie, DO NOT read this part of the entry. No fun knowing it all before watching the movie.
I'll say it simply lah:

It's 1944. Spain is undergoing some kind of war.
A young girl, Ofelia, has a pregnant mother who remarried to a captain. Her real father, a tailor, died few years ago.
The mother and daughter made their way to the captain's platoon headquarters to stay.
She's carrying the captain's baby boy, but was very sick of the pregnancy.
The captain is a very heartless person one. Damn cruel. He doesn't care abt Ofelia nor the mother. He just wants a successor, so he justs wants the baby boy.
ok, then Ofelia finds a fairy and it lead her to a underground place and met a faun. A scary looking faun. Not those fauns you see in Narnia. hahaha
The faun said she's a princess of their world and has to recreate the kingdom. To do that she must do 3 tasks. He handed her a blank book and a bag of pebbles and told her the 1st task.
She went to a big dead tree where a toad ate the tree's life or something like that. So she has to kill the toad by putting the pebbles into the toad and retrieve a key for the 2nd task.

At the camp, there's a kind housekeeper, that the captain and Ofelia trusts. I forgot her name. She is an informer of her bro's troops, who is the captain's enemies. She often sneek out of bring food and medicine for them. Ofelia finds out but keeps it a secret.

The faun visits Ofelia in her room quite often to tell her abt her tasks. Then he gave her a chalk , a hour glass, and his pet fairies to help her on the 2nd task. She used the chalk to draw a door on the wall and entered another fantasy room. The faun told her not to eat anything.
The room got a long table with LOADS of food and a REALLY scary distorted human thing sitting at the end not moving. Got 2 eyeballs on a plate, the thing had no eyes. She used the key to open one of the boxes at the side and retrieved a short blade. Then she wanted to go back but cos she didn't eat dinner, so she ate 2 grapes. The thing came alive and put the eyeballs in the palms, and held his hands at his head. Damn funny lah! hahaha
The fairies tried to drive him away but he ate them up. Very gross...
She scared like hell and ran and managed to escape.
The faun damn angry that she failed and killed his pets.

Before that, he gave her a magic root that looked like a fetus. Asked her to put it milk and put it under her mother's bed. The root came alive and cried like baby! hahaha
It made her sickly mother well. But the stupid captain found out. The mother was angry and burnt the root cos she said to Ofelia that there's no such thing as magic that can help ppl. Immediately, her stomach damn pain and in labour.
In the end, the mother died after giving birth to the baby boy. Huo gai lor...

The faun gives another chance to Ofelia and make her do the last task: Take her baby bro to the underground maze place.

The captain's troops caught the one of the enemies' soldier and tortured him lah. Very bloody...
The housekeeper was very sad. The captain found out that the doctor was helping the enemy cos he saw the same antibiotics at the enemies abandoned camp. Doctor got shot.

Later, the captain also found out abt the housekeeper and captured her. She always hid a knife so that when the time is right, she will kill the captain. She did stab him twice and slashed his mouth. Oh gosh, his face looked like a freak lah... BUT he didn't die. Wah lao... so pek chek lor.
She ran away to her bro's camp.
Her bro's troops invaded the captain's camp.

At the same time, Ofelia poured a whole bottle of sleeping drug into the captain's liquor and took away the baby. Captain drank the liquor and found her and chased her. He was drowsy but chased her to the Labyrinth, the underground maze place. The faun had the short blade and Ofelia knows her bro had to be killed to restore the kingdom.
But in the camera of the father's eyes, he can't see the faun. Only she can see.
Ofelia dun want her bro to be killed, cos she chose to save her bro then to live eternally, then the faun very angry. The captain took the baby away and shot her.

He came out of the Labyrinth and the enemies stood outside, the housekeeper took the baby. Her bro shot him and FINALLY the captain died. Oh finally! I've been waiting for that moment.
Housekeeper ran to Ofelia who is dying. This part very very very very sad.
She got an image of the restored kingdom with her real father and mother at the throne. They applaud her for being brave and self-sacrificing. She was crowned as princess.
Back to real world, she smiled and died.

Housekeeper weeps.
End.

Ok that was not simple. The movie was very sad. So she was actually just fantasing to get away from reality. But the fantasy looks very real. eg, the magic root.

Today after jap class, went down to Bugis to look for a gift for sm. So last min... haha
Bought her a handphone keychain with her birth date on it and a decorative scotch tape.

Went home and then met nw to go to east coast for sm's birthday bbq.
Found out sm haven't prepare anything yet when we are at east coast. I was like WHAT??!! How can she not prepare early?? It takes a long time to start the fire you know...
ok the pit was soooo far away lah. Nw and me walked damn fast. And we were guessing xinyi and ca walked really slow cos when we were at the bus terminal, they were at pit 27. When we were at pit 27, they were only 20+? hahahaha.

When we all reached the pit together, sm and her other frens just reached only... =__=
Sm put on make up! She dressed up quite nicely too.
ok so we decide to play card games. We didn't go close to the bbq pit AT ALL.
The cooking was done by sm's grp of other frens.
There was a CLEAR LINE between us and the other group. It's so awkward. NEVER mix at all. Cos all of them are guys and only 1 girl. 10+ ppl in that grp.

We ate VERY little. A few sausages, crabstick, otah, marshmallows and a stick of satay. There was chicken but i didn't eat cos will get the hands dirty. I dunno but i think they never cook properly. Oh well, if we help out it'll so weird.
The Hello Kitty strawberry cake was quite ok. Too bad no real strawberry... haha

We played a joke on sm... and it's just a joke.
That Chilli sauce + ketchup = heat reaction. Put the hand over and the tricker will slam the victim's hand onto the sauces, making it dirty.
Sm was suspicious but she put her hand over the sauces, but she pulled her hand quickly, ca missed and slammed her hand instead. Our grp laughed; i laughed very loudly lah... cos the joke failed, so it's funny...
But we didn't know their clothes got stained until they headed to the toilet.
Uma saw sm's bf angry face cos we did that to her. It's a bloody JOKE lah pls... haiyoo...

Oh and i think sm is too dependant on her bf. IF her bf gone, she gone also. Literally speaking.
I cannot stand such over dependance... oh well it's their life, i shall not dwell on it further.

Went back at 9.30, ca's father fetched all of us. Finding ca's father's car had a confusion. We dunno where to walk. Then walked in the very ulu part of the east coast park. Dark and eerie. I was scared man. We found the car and drove home.
I went to 7-11 to buy cup noodles to replenish the lack of food.

OK! Tmr going to watch Pan's Labyrinth with mother and bro.
It's rated Restricted. Graphic violence and language. What's so restricted abt it? The trailer didn't show anything lor, but some parts looks very scary. It's an adult fairy tale, they say. A more matured fairy tale bah...

Grrr... that freaking Bina (lecturer) is driving me and the group members crazy!!!
Yesterday we consulted her abt the army thing. She just loves to criticise us lah. I just found out she does this to other groups. They were also mad at her.

We want to rebutt her statements but she say "Why are you so defensive?"
I'll tell you why!
You don't make any sense! And you are contradicting yourself and confusing all of us!!!

What's the point of doing this army contest if she suggested if we think that there won't be any army and submit a blank paper?
Why do we have to read other people's opinion on the futuristic world AND THEN come up with our own? Can't we just use our OWN imagination? Then she said we don't have enough imagination. Please lah! You're so contradicting!!!
And she DOES NOT answer our questions. She's beating around the bush, talking crap and NEVER back to our question. So that's why it's so confusing. And then we ask her again and she'll say "Why are you so defensive??" =__='''
Give us a bloody break!

Now we got battle strategy: prove all our points to her and whatever bullshit she says, we are ready to fight! Our facts were not that strong when we consulted the 1st 2 times.
Hope we can shut her up.
Tmr we are going off to the battlefield again.

Oh today's the TP open house. So noisy! The fashion show also not that interesting. They said got Hady coming but i don't give a damn lah. Came to school to discuss the army thing. Went to the library to discuss, anywhere else and we'll be shouting our lungs out. I think they installed sound prove walls lah. haha. Good thing for having libraries around.
The VSC displays in the exhibition room is still as sucky as ever. Though, the screen prints by my classmates and Nadia's screenprints where there too. She happy like siao lah... haha
I never got my board back... and the pin badges the lec promised us. Soooo.... grrrrr!!!!!

And today on the way home at the bus stop, the rain was sooooo heavy!!!!!
It's raining mad! Allejujah! It's raining mad!
That song played many times in my head... haha
Actually it's supposed to be raining men rite? haha nvm..

Changed my blogskin! 1st time i'm this happy about it. And i'm going to stick with this for a looooong time. haha

Today's grp meeting didn't quite work out in terms of punctuality. Nadia thought it was cancelled, rohani was late, mai was sick so couldn't come, and wee teng couldn't be contacted. Me and marina were sitting there waiting for the rest until 10.45am like that.
But when rohani and nadia came, we came up with ideas that were really hilarious. hahaha. I liked the ideas.
But the lec didn't agree. Say we didn't get to the point or something. Haiz... all the laughing was put to waste.
Now i know the army is not something easy to deal with...

This morning i woke up shivering cos it was SOOOO COLD! Then in the afternoon when in school and when i came back home, it was BLOODY HOT!!
I was busy fanning in school and all the way home lah...

The weather siao one lor. Watched the Day after tmr and realised that that disaster they experienced WILL happen to us in 100+ years time. Really lor, look at the temp now. China complain it should be snowing now but it's like spring. Global warming is turning from bad to worse. Oh gosh, the world is going to crumble! Lucky our generation will be dead by then. We'll be looking up from the sky and see the world change. Maybe the aliens are waiting for our downfall so that they can rule the universe. haha... i dunno.

I've been talking crap non-stop when my mother came back. haiz... i should stop now.

Oh ya, i think i'm the tissue and stapler provider lor. Or rather stationery. Any kind of stationery, most will come look for me cos they know i will have. hahaha so funny...
Since, sec sch already like that liao. haha. It's good that i can provide... xD
But never in my life i carried a scotch tape. So that one i cannot help.

Yayyyyyy!!! Finished inking all 10 pages of my comic!!! I feel so satisfied!!
But i still got refining to do. Most lines are all the same thickness.
After that can do the fun part!! Screentoning!
Can be very frustrating also lah. haha
I still have lettering to go after screentoning.
Then write ups on character profiles and story, photocopying and admin stuff.

Anyway, i suddenly feel suicidal. I've been thinking what's my purpose in life. I can't make anyone happy or do things right. I just eat away my parents money and time. People stay away from me becos i'm intimidating (i've been told by a few friends). I dunno why on earth i'm here. What's the point of making me come here, huh?
Haiz...
I dunno what heaven has planned for me. I'm a down right pessimist so i'll expect something bad in my future.

Aiya so emo...
Not much in school lah. Submitted the 1st project. Now on to a 2nd project where we must form in groups to take part in any design competition. Haha... it's funny cos it's a CLASS project/assignment.
ok tmr have to meet up with group to discuss abt what to do for the army museum competition.

hohoho.... end of presentation today!
And i was the last to present. Nice rite?
Haha joking... my friend ask me why i wait until last. Then i said nvm lah... got present jiu hao le. haha. Actually it was the teacher who called my name last. Doesn't matter anyway...

Didn't know Marina liked to watch anime and read manga! whoooo~ yeah man! Talked abt those things until damn happy lah...

Took 518 to orchard and change bus to go home. Faster but RAINING the whole bloody day!!! Thankgoodness for my waterproof bag, all plastic...
The sidewalks and roads were terribly flooded!!
Also i missed the bus cos i thought the indian couple pressed the traffic light button.
They DIDN'T.
So my bus just drove past me... haiz... lucky didn't wait that long.


Still got sch work to do but i won't do them now.
Inked 2 more pages of my comic tonight. I found that i've been using the pen the wrong way. As in i didn't push the pen tip inner into the pen holder. No wonder i had a hard time drawing lah... now the inking is much better.

Tmr is the start of my intermediate jap class. Wow 2nd year already... so fast!
Will be sticking to my original class cos we requested for the whole class to be together this year. So united hor? hahaha...
I hope the teacher is still Chua sensei, i dun want those jap teachers or that Mr. Zhang... oh he can't teach lah pls... and NEVER calls us by name, only by "Oi! You! Come answer!" =__=
Jap teachers can't relate to us S'poreans so they'll make the class and explanations boring...
Aiya see how lah... at least got the same people in class... feel relieved...

Seriously deprived of SLEEP!!!
Aiyooooo

Had to chiong and burn diesel (not oil) like crazy like night.
Cosyesterday had the 1st consulatation on the 50 photos. Then the next day which is today, we have to present 50 ideas based on the photos. And we had to so them in one night.
There's the earlier grp and they had 2 days to complete their work lah. Damn unfair lah!

I wanted to stay up all night yesterday but couldn't take it so slept at 1+ and on alarm at 4. The alarms rang but i offed it and slept back. hahahahaha
I was sooo sleepy and dead tired lah!

ok better do my work liao. Got big presentation tmr. Individual somemore, and the room is damn cold if on aircon... shiver like hell then cannot talk properly. I hate powerpoints...

It was a dark and stormy night...

haha no lah. It's a phrase from Snoopy's novel. Researching on Snoopy for my project. Funny rite? haha. I think it's so nice to research on Snoopy. I love SNOOPY!!!
Too bad the snoopy shops in s'pore closed down. Haiz... I would buy if they are still open today.

Anyway, today went out to Liang court cos my father saw this ad on digi cam sales, so he kiasu go and queue up lor.
The rest of us arrived when the store almost opened. And there was a queue! Not a long one lah. Considered quite ok liao. He settled on a Fujifilm 6.3 mega pixels digi cam. Fujifilm! I didn't know there was such a brand of cameras! Well, film yes, cam no. Haiz, got chance to buy Canon also don't want. But anyway, my father rarely touches the cam. Only i touch.
This new cam's pixels is twice the one we have now. So i SUPPOSE it's good in a way.

Then went to a hong kong restaurant at the top lvl for lunch. We won't be there unless my mother has some kind of voucher or special occasion or my father has this carving of dimsum.
Had dimsum there. Very nice. My mother had a $50 voucher and only paid $16 for the whole meal. Yay!

Then my father offered to buy me something from kino which costs $10.
That was REALLY SURPRISING and pleasant of him lah. He rarely volunteers to buy things for any of us. I think he's in a REALLY GOOD mood today, that's why lah...
hahaha... grabbed the chance to get another Ribon comic magazine. They just love to stuff cute nonsensical things inside. Actually the magazine is meant for young girls but what the heck lah! The japanese is easier to read...
I took some pics, but i'll leave my goodfriend Photobucko to recover from his flu so that he can upload the pics quickly.
One of the many things is a paper folded neoprint machine with fake neoprint stickers that you put inside the 'machine' and roll it out. There's even a paper doll attached to stand there and pose for you.
Hahahahaha!! My most amusing freebie i ever had!

Yup, finished my collage and writing draft. Left the 50 photos and 50 ideas to go. Can die lor...
I didn't touch my manga today... no time.

I have my year end major project and communication design ideas (ComDI) this month. ComDI sucks lah. It's like english lesson lor... urghhh.
The project class got the worst teacher. haiz... what to do... must REN lor...

Inked 3 pages of my manga. Made too many mistakes liao... i feel like re-doing.
I think photobucket purposely dun let me show the pics here so i have no patience to log in and upload the pics. It's taking way too long!!

Oh and there's this maid who walks her owner's collie everyday downstairs. I often see him since a few months ago. The name's Leslie. He's very very handsome!! I walk straight up to him and he will stand up and let me pet him lah. SO GENTLE!!! And he never barks or bite.
One time i felt so worried over a dog...
I accidently stepped on his foot while petting him cos i lost balance. Then he ran away from me. After that incident, i have to come abit closer before he lets me pet him. Haiz... so sad. But i know i won't move anymore.
I love that dog!
Yet to take a pic of him. Need permission... haha but the maid will let me lah.

Oh!!!! And i just rmbered abt an incident where a cat fooled me!!
Walking home at night, i was already at the next block downstairs. Got 1 black cat layed still with legs hanging in the air, quite near me. NOT MOVING.
Then i thought it was dead cos of the position, but strange, no blood. There was another cat nearby so i thought got cat fights again. Then i went to have a look whether the black cat is alright.
THEN!
The cat moved suddenly lah! Scared me to death man!
And yes, it seemed that the smart black cat PLAYED DEAD. That was one good acting no one can act out. Seriously.

I was SOOO surprised lah. Even the dancers were damn surprised lor. Opened their mouths.
Really i can't rmb the girl's name whom america chose instead of allison. &^$^$^#%&*%!!!!!
From the start, i hated that girl. I was shouting at that girl lor.... grrrr
Allison is the most versatile dancer man...

Today watched Night at the Museum!!
At tiong with my mother. Hohoho! Movie marathon these 2 days... xD
It's SUPER THRILLING and EXCITING!!!!
I really really loooove it!!!!
My fav is the t-rex. xD Oh gosh so funny lah! The jade chinese lion damn funny also.

I was laughing throughout the whole thing. Lucky there was only abt 10 ppl total in the cinema cos we last min caught the morning show. haha
Ahhhh so exciting!!!!

Oh and they showed the coming soon movies. Shrek the 3rd, Meet the robinsons and Harry potter and the order of the pheonix. The one that made me laugh was the ninja turtle one. It's going to be a really lame and lousy show i tell you. The other 3 i can't wait to watch. SHREK!!! ><

ok then went to eat lunch at KFC AGAIN!!! hahaha. I got sick of food court food...
Then mother went to buy fruits opposite tiong and went home.

Ordering pizza since my mother promised that new year she will order pizza hut. Yay~
Now writing in the dialogue of my comic. I know it's too late but i know roughly what to write when drawing.
I kept replaying the Jay Chou - Thousand miles away, the past few days from a internet radio playlist.
I dunno what's the chinese title. He sang with Fei yi qing. Fei yi qing's voice is soooo soothing.

ya ok that's it. I still have Eragon to watch.
