This morning i received this call which was obviously some scam or silly promotion.

The caller was a hyper girl speaking in sing-song tone at superman speed. Let's call her A.
She told me her name but it was all jumbled up with the rest of the things she told me.

*picks up phone *
A: Helloooo!!!! My name's A at the blah blah photo gallery. We are having this special promotion blah blah blah x10!! Free make up blah blah blah!! You can also bring your parents!!
(i could only catch this much.)
me: Huh?
A: (repeated and summarised it) Are you free these few days to come down?
me: er.... no... ( i completely didn't catch what she just said.)
A: Oh!! Are you working?!
me: er... no
A: Are you married?!
me: no...
A: Oh! Then how old are you?
me: 19...
A: WOW!! So young! You sound so mature!
me: ....
A: Would you like to come down for the make over? You can come with your parents!!
me: uh... sorry not interested.
A: Ah alright! Thanks! Bye!! (i could tell that she was abit fed up with me cos i didn't take the offer. Her cheery tone toned down abit.)

Note the exclamation marks... it's really that hyper.

All the while, my face was like this:



Like hell i would take the offer! Using the "You-can-bring-your-parents" makes it so unbelievable...
And for all you know, that cheery tone is fake. Even if it's her real personality, i also wouldn't care.
After i put down the phone, i wished i had scolded her.
If you want to promote whatever you want to promote, talk slowly and properly lah!
Talk like bullet train, what's the use?! Say in such a sing-song manner won't help lor...

Occasionally i get calls from mandarin speaking ppl (from china), asking whether i am free now and all that.
Before they start, i immediately say no time and they hang up. Haha!

Yesterday's bbq was super fun!
With poly group of friends.
Lots of laughter, nice food, good company and 'nice' weather.
The weather... well, depends on how nice it was to a person.
It didn't rain and was veeeeeery windy. Good point
Windy until our hair fly everywhere. xDD I even got a headache after the bbq. Bad point

We 1st met at Parkway parade to buy the food and stuff.
And carried the stuff to the pit. The distance was ok, not too far.
At Parkway got pet shop and i saw black hamsters at $68!! So rare and ex lah! Actually very nice coat but looks like baby sewage rats. xD

The food was great.
The best part was the chicken wings. It's the best i've eaten at BBQs.
It was properly cooked and tasty.
Lots of honey and butter on almost everything! xDDD
Cheese sausage, sausage, otah, crabstick, garlic bread, potatoes with cheese, marshmallows.
The fishball was... not bouncy. haha

We BBQed till 10.30pm and i reached home at 11.45pm.
Was like sooo damn tired man. I could actually sleep at the pit itself. hahaha

Tmr gonna cut hair. Dragging PS along with me, i dun want to cut alone.
I'm praying the haircut will turn out good cos i tend to show black face if the hair turns out like shit. I always feel very nervous b4 haircuts... just like ppl go for dental/doctor appointments.

死神樣!! かっこい!



That battle scene with the Kishin was so damn cool. Can't imagine how the battle will turn out to be if the Death Scythe was there. It would have been nicer. But, hearing the Shinigami change his kid-friendly voice to his original menacing one was what i was waiting for in this episode. haha! And of course how Shinigami and the Kishin attacks.
Episode 24 was worth the wait!

Can't wait for the 2nd last episode of Code Geass R2 on Sunday!
I have a feeling Lelouch will die but Go Lelouch! Support you all the way man!
Out of all the deaths that happened in the entire series... I didn't want Cornelia to die! She was the just and sane one there, in my opinion.
Shirley's and Rolo's death wasn't much of an impact to me.

I have no clue what will happen to Suzaku. Can't really determine his destiny. xDD

Anyway, yest went out with Wee Teng to shop for things. She wanted shoes & belt and i wanted a checkered shirt. She wanted me to wear stuff i don't normally wear but i... er, ya backed out.
Ate dinner at a ramen restaurant. Sooooo OISHII!!!!
We were too full to eat the tofu cheesecake after that. Nvm, next time!

Tmr there's a bbq with poly friends. Sadly, Wee Teng can't come cos she got painting lessons. Haiya.

Yesterday met fish to help her clarify some japanese qns.
Then went to cineleisure to take a look at the figurines and see if there's any i like. We went to Kino after that.

At the figurine shop, i found my favourite of favourites!!!
Izumi Konata Figma Series!!!
The figurine is movable! Complete with a changable facial expression and different set of hands! It's like a plastic doll!! So fun!!
I bought it and kept smiling all the way home, except in the mrt. People will think i'm crazy. Super happy man.

I feel like getting Kagami or Tsukasa so that my Konata won't feel lonely.

Finally mastered Lucky Star's "Motteke! Sailor Fuku" dance!
Yes, i am that wu liao or erm... should i say... otaku? xDD
I also learnt Suzumiya Haruhi's "Hare Hare Yukai" dance too. haha!
I want to cosplay and dance with friends at a cosplay event. xD

My exercising time has been increased to 35 min. Good progress i think. I want to play badminton!

It's a free and easy trip, sort of like a back-packing thing minus the tenting and hitch-hiking etc.
Actually panned to go free and easy in Japan but cancelled.
Then my godma and cousins going to **** cos got 2 free tickets, so i tagged along. My ticket must pay one, i wish it's free. xD

OMG, booking a flight myself is so nerve-wrecking!!!
And that airport tax is killing me!
I hope the tax costs is not true and that the transaction tmr goes smoothly.
Need to ask clearly tmr.

And i hate myself being anti-social and being scared about everything all the time!!

Just a sketch of a new illustration in progress.



I seem like i don't care about anything becos of my facial expression and actions but the fact is i always am thinking and worried about things.

Am i like too practical for my own good or something??
I mean, yeah, i would really love to do illustration or manga as a major in japanese unis but unless i'm super good, I won't get a job. A good paying job at that.
There's no point in learning those things i like but can't get a job in the future.
And my mother is like "So you are satisfied with a $1000 regular graphic designer pay that can barely feed you and pay your bills??"
So what am i suppose to do? Go out there, learn useless crap that i love, come back thinking i can do it and end up in some shit job?

Isn't it the same?

Well unless i go into banking which is totally out of the question, I still have to begin with a regular job and work my way up. It's not like when i come out i can be some big shot in a minute.

I am soo confused. I don't know what i'm gonna do after i graduate.
My mother is like stressing me out man...
The competition out there is like the Cloverfield monster trying to eat you up.
I guess you can call me a chicken. Afraid that i'll just waste my time and my parents' money sending me overseas, studying something that i don't think that can secure my future.

I think too much and too ahead, but i can't help it! It's my future goddammit!
I really don't know what to do!!!
Sitting here warming up my butt just frustrates me to no end.

Watched WALL.E yesterday with family!!!

YOU MUST WATCH THIS SHOW.
You'll regret it if you don't!!

So inspiring... yet another environmentally friendly thing going on.
My bro's a humongous fan of it, that he has a 1m poster in his room. It's so big he doesn't have any wall space left. He doesn't have much in the 1st place anyway. haha
And believe it or not, i can imitate Wall.E's voice! haha! I didn't know until i tried it a few days ago. I've been irritating my family saying Walle's name in robot voice again and again. xDD
Also the Soy Joy commercial. I like voicing that commercial too.

Anyway, pixar rocks too much. They are like Ze God of Animation. xDD Well, to me lah... dreamworks is not bad also. But i still prefer Pixar above all else.
I can't wait for Igor and Bolt to come out.

My manga restructuring is going well... i think.
