This post shall be dedicated to Michael Jackson, the Emperor of Pop.
My mouth literally dropped open when i saw the headlines news on tv. GOBSMACKED. SHOCKED. OMGWTFBBQ!!! My maid exclaimed also. My mother, indifferent; she didn't like him. Today in office, my boss said: "To pay tribute to MJ, let's play his songs today." I was secretly happy. xDD We usually have the radio on and sometimes we'll put our music on so, ya. haha Oh, I haven't tried moonwalking in a long time. Maybe i should try it after this post. Anyway, i've been down in the dumps this week. I made so many mistakes in terms of attitude and work. Luckily i had some friends who cheered me up on msn or else i would have swollen eyes right now. Thanks alot! I felt really stupid. *sigh* ok time to get back to memorise my japanese kanji test tmr and draw my comic!! Oh! On sun PS will come to play SIMS 3!!!! YAY! posted by Regina Ying at Friday, June 26, 2009
Watching Finding Nemo always reminds me of WJ and her great imitations of Crush and Dory.
I've practically memorised some of the stuff becos of her. xDD My mother was like "So Nemo is your fav pixar movie becos of ellen degeneres?" Of course not! Yeah, her voice acting was great but i actually didn't know it was her until maybe 2 yrs ago when i didn't know her and my fav was finding nemo. Speaking of her, I REALLY ENVY the audience in her show. They keep getting free stuff!! xDD And of course dance and laugh with her. Who wouldn't want to be in her audience! One day ONE DAY! I'll be in that crowd! Together with Uma! Anyway, this week i've got to seriously rush to complete competition stuff. Wrote the script today, planning panel arrangements now and start drawing tmr night hopefully. Everyday i come home feeling drained, i don't have the mood to do anything. I know, it's an excuse. I'm a procrastinator! Can't wait to play sims3 on weekends after competition is over! Been playing too much of my DS. xDD posted by Regina Ying at Sunday, June 21, 2009
This weekend i've bought the stuff i wanted for so long!
The Sims 3 and Nintendo DSi!!! First off, Sims 3. It's super good and different. The whole playing environment is really friendly and good and there's quite alot of stuff or goals to achieve. And everything is so customisable, i needed about 2 hrs to fully explore and create my sim. xDD I'm still exploring more though. I haven't touched on the romantic side yet. I'm focusing more on skills, careers and friends 1st. DSi. Right now i'm charging the battery so can't really say much. I bought the black one. Wanted white but US version no white. I played abit on the 2 games i bought and it's fun! Can't wait to download the free games! Flashcards, the illegal stuff, are for now not sold in shops. Just my luck! Yesterday (sat) i went for a chinese orchestra concert with mother and her friends. That concert had jazz band Triple Play collaborating with the orchestra. The music was EXTREMELY GOOD. I enjoyed myself so much there. posted by Regina Ying at Sunday, June 14, 2009
This is the end of the 1st week of my mother's retirement!!!!
She's too happy for words. But all she does is go for yoga classes, exercise, swim, read newspaper, sleep, ,watch tv, surf ABIT of the net. Where's the fun in those? She'll soon grow bored i think. Next mon, it's my turn to bring music on Music Monday to office for 'general broadcasting'. Problem is I don't know what to bring!! I just can't decide!! hahaha! It's either LOTR soundtracks, Ayumi, or my anime music. Dunno will suit their tastes but i dun care lah, i'm sick of listening to britney spears and hip-hop R&B stuff on the radio. It's all crap lah. Keep repeating umbrella and womanizer throughout the stupid songs. =_='' Today went for some karaoke with some poly frens. Head down to Kino with the intention to buy an artbook, LOTR part 3 bk and some comics. I bought 1 comic in the end. The LOTR they had was a new version. Though i DESPERATELY NEEDED the book, it would look very weird on my shelf cos it's a different version and cover. Artbooks, i couldn't find the one i was looking for or was worth the money. xD Went to the heartland mall, opposite my house. They had a comics connection sale at the basement and couldn't resist these (they were 3 for $15, so worth it man!): They are movable with changing eyes and 'secret compartments. I can't believe it was $5 each. Told my mother i wanted to buy more but she wasn't amused. posted by Regina Ying at Saturday, June 06, 2009
